Job Description
Scope: Growth strategy (SEO leverage, community, content, partnerships); Acquisition channels — prepared to rank pages comparing against Carrd, Read.cv, Polywork, Contra; Positioning and messaging for the remote work audience; Early user relationships and conversion to Pro ($12/mo or $99/yr). Structure as a co-founder-level GTM role: 10% equity in year one, 20% from year two, 30% from year two-and-a-half onward; no salary. Remote; equity-only.
