Note: This posting includes two roles: Forward Deployed Engineer and Senior Applied AI Engineer. Forward Deployed Engineers sit with customers to understand what’s actually broken and build solutions faster than a roadmap could. You’ll work with customers to diagnose real issues across packaging assets, design and implement AI-enabled tooling, and deliver reliable, scalable fixes. This is a founding team with real customers, revenue, and many challenging edge cases.
