Job Description

We're looking for a founding AI lead with experience in fine-tuning LLMs, with expertise around RL and reasoning models being a big plus. This person would own the full AI stack from data to training to eval to test-time compute. Ideal candidates are those who have considered starting a company and enjoy understanding customer problems and figuring out solutions. They should also be interested in shaping a company in the AI era and enjoy teaching and sharing knowledge.
