Job Description

Join as a core member of Ploid AI’s small team building an AI-first bioinformatics platform to empower life science researchers with agentic AI and LLMs. We’re looking for a full-stack engineer with Go, TypeScript, and Python; Rust is a plus. You’ll own hands-on AWS infrastructure, multi-tenant architectures, and AI/ML DevOps tasks including deploying model-serving pipelines, managing GPU workloads, and CI/CD for ML systems. You should be comfortable shipping end-to-end from system design to production. Nice-to-haves include LLM integration, RAG systems, HPC infra, and cloud/on-prem hybrid systems. We also consider internship requests from strong student candidates for research work. About us: a team of engineers and scientists with strong academic and industry backgrounds (ex-BCG, PhD in Plant Biotech and Bioinformatics, Mathematics, M.Sc. AI, PhD in Electrical Engineering). Apply: hello@ploid.ai.
