Seed-funded (valuation around $25M), a 4-person team, hiring to 6-10 this year to scale both the product and platform.

Job Description

Forward Deployed Engineer — Customer-obsessed generalist who can understand complex problems and ship solutions; acts as a mix of product designer, delivery lead, and AI wrangler. You’ll deploy with customers, build software that solves their megaproject problems, and learn how they run their operations. Onsite in London. Salary £100k–£160k per year. Equity grant 0.5–1.0%. Visa sponsorship available. This role spans customer engagement, product delivery, and hands-on engineering.
