Job Description

Lead a team of Machine Learning Engineers & Data Engineers (5 direct reports) within the Machine Learning & AI function (15+ people) in the Data department (50+ people). Contribute technically to the design and implementation of machine learning solutions and tools across the entire ML lifecycle, from model training and tuning to deployment, inference, experimentation and monitoring. Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure the highest impact and quality of machine learning work for users, as well as the best atmosphere and motivation in the team. Grow the team continuously, and partner with other managers to set up the right culture and processes to enable people. Work closely with data engineers and software engineers to quickly deploy end-to-end solutions with a direct impact on users and improve the ML ecosystem.
