Job Description

We’re looking for our first full-time engineer to help us build the next generation of our product from the ground up. Stack: Ruby on Rails, Hotwire/Turbo, Monolith, PostgreSQL, Docker/Kamal, VPS/dedicated servers. We’re looking for someone who loves Rails, ships fast, simple, well-crafted code, thrives in ambiguity and early-stage ownership, communicates clearly with non-technical founders, and wants to help shape architecture and engineering culture long-term.
