Note: There are multiple engineering roles being hired (frontend and backend product engineers). This entry describes the Backend Engineer role. You’ll build the backend services, APIs, and integrations for an AI radiology platform, collaborating with frontend engineers and radiologists to deliver robust, scalable features. You’ll work onsite in San Francisco with direct exposure to the founder/CEO and staff radiologists, owning critical backend work and shipping frequently.
