MONUMENTAL is hiring a
Software Engineer
About MONUMENTAL
We’re creating robots that autonomously construct buildings. We design all of our hardware and software in-house in central Amsterdam, and we’re starting with autonomous bricklaying robots. We have built a machine vision pipeline that can achieve sub-millimetre localisation on construction sites, and a neat software stack that lets us configure and control robots with ease. We’re deploying our robots on real construction sites and have started making the first revenue from our bricklaying-as-a-service model.
Job Description
We are hiring experienced software engineers for multiple roles to build the software stack for Monumental’s robotics platform. Responsibilities include data synchronization and analytics across a fleet of robots (which can be offline for hours), modeling buildings in code and creating intuitive UIs for operators to edit them, and designing systems for robots to drive safely and autonomously around building sites. Check out Atrium, our operating system for robotics. Robotics experience is not required. If you think that “full-stack” could reasonably mean debugging firmware, mixing buckets of mortar, and writing React components, we want to hear from you.Location
