Job Description
WHAT YOU'D BUILD: Discovery pipelines: raw sequences → pre-IND leads. Antibodies, biomarkers, workflows real scientists use. The SDK for computational scientists: TypeScript, Tengo (a Lua-like workflow DSL — yes, you'll learn it), Rust. The data layer: thousands of formats reduced to one. PFrames, Parquet, DataFusion, lazy columnar everything. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Strong TS in 100k-line monorepos (pnpm, Turbo). Polars > pandas. Node ≥22. Bioinformatics exposure or appetite to learn it month one. We can teach VDJ recombination; not curiosity. Tolerance for sparse docs and niche DSLs. Fix the SDK, don't work around it.Remote Conditions
