Note: This posting covers multiple Senior Consulting Engineer openings. We’re a small group of senior engineers who help non-technical AI founders take fragile MVPs to production-ready systems as fractional founding engineers. We come in as fractional founding engineers: review code, fix architecture, ship. Responsibilities include advising non-technical founders, reviewing AI-generated code (Next.js, TypeScript, Python, major cloud providers), shipping production systems end-to-end, and explaining technical trade-offs to non-engineers. The role involves architecture reviews, roadmap planning, and hands-on implementation. Part-time/contract to start (5–20 hours/week, flexible). Fully remote with meaningful overlap with US daytime. Compensation: market-rate contracting, typically 100–200/hr depending on experience and scope.
