I lead the Platform organisation: three teams (Core Platform/Infra, Developer Enablement, SRE) that build the foundation our engineering ships on. Go and Python, Kubernetes on cloud and on-prem, some of it air-gapped. Terraform/OpenTofu, Istio, Vault, LGTM stack, OpenTelemetry. Mission-critical systems.

Senior/Staff Platform Observability role to define the direction for observability across all engineering teams and build tooling around it. Focus on metrics, tracing, logging, and developer experience; collaborate with developers and scale OpenTelemetry usage.Remote
