Job Description
This is a single Technical Trainer role. Responsible for presenting Harmonic's product offerings to customers (MSOs), technical specialists, and field technicians, providing full technical overviews of deployments and configurations across Harmonic hardware (including third-party equipment) tailored to client requirements. No software debugging or coding required; if anything is customer-facing, it must be explained clearly. Responsibilities include configuring the DOCSIS core, PON core, video streaming, and L2/L3 switching across multiple vendors. Create training materials (text and graphics) with input from a designer, and record live narrated training sessions. A familiarity with networking and/or DOCSIS is preferred. Travel up to 50% of time for on-site training; the rest remote. Fluent or very good spoken English required. This is a full-time role based in Remote (USA East Coast-based) with no office requirement.Remote
