Hardfin is looking to add another full-stack engineer that can wear a bit of a product hat and is comfortable with "figuring it out" as they build. The role requires 5+ years of experience, 3+ years with Go, 1+ year with TypeScript, and 6+ months of working with AI-assisted IDE/tooling. The hiring process includes a 45-minute intro call with tech questions, a 90-minute technical skill assessment, and an in-person culture fit interview.
