Job Description
Fractional AI is hiring onsite Staff Software Engineers to build custom AI agents for enterprise clients. The role emphasizes a fast learning environment with 3-4 client projects per year across different tech stacks and industries, and includes a full AI engineering bootcamp upon onboarding. This is a services-style company with high-priority projects sponsored by executives, offering potential fast impact on usage and outcomes. The role is at the Staff level; Principal level may be considered for strong candidates. Onsite offices are in San Francisco, New York, Durham, NC, and Dubai.Location
