Job Description

Ford is seeking an experienced and passionate Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. You will design, implement, and enhance Agentic triage software used across the company to drive automated, fast response times and lower MTTR. This is a hands-on, senior role focused on ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems, working with a global SRE team. Most code is in Python and Go hosted in Kubernetes. Tech stack includes Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, GCP, and in-house developed LLM-based AI tools/MCP. Remote (US) role. Visa Sponsorship is not provided. Responsibilities include designing and implementing SRE tooling, contributing to deployment, monitoring, and incident response practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in reliability and performance.
