Job Description

We're hiring an Engineering Lead to own and evolve our public marketing site, which gets 7M+ visits/year. You'll work closely with our growth, design, and content teams to deliver fast, responsive, SEO-friendly experiences. You'll own the architecture, performance, and evolution of our marketing site, collaborate with marketing, design, and growth to launch pages and campaigns, build a fast, accessible, SEO-friendly, mobile-first experience, set technical standards for testing, analytics, and CMS tooling, streamline content workflows and scale web infra, and manage and collaborate with a contract developer. Tech stack: Webflow (strongly preferred), JS/HTML/CSS, CMSs, A/B testing, SEO/Accessibility best practices. Remote-first across Canada. Great benefits, equity, and a collaborative team.
