Support Engineer leveraging AI copilots (Claude, Codex, Shelley) to traverse the codebase and implement tooling that improves customers' experience. You’ll work with scoped API access to help customers, build internal tools, and ship reliable solutions. This is a high-trust, small-team environment where you ship by pushing to production; significant industry experience is expected.
