Designer — Use Claude or Codex (or Shelley!) to make our product both functional and beautiful. There is no separate design team; you ship by pushing to production and you’ll be supported to deliver polished, production-ready work. This role commands compensation over $200k with meaningful equity in a small, high-trust environment.
