Job Description

You’ll own mission-critical, full-stack features end to end — planning, design, implementation, testing — across every part of the product. You might work on AI-native features (order/purchase intake, smart product matching, systems that learn from user feedback), Distru Commerce storefronts and ordering, manufacturing and distribution workflows, cultivation mobile tools for the floor, or compliance integrations with state systems like Metrc. It’s a high-ownership role: you’ll partner directly with product, design, support, and our C-suite, and you’ll get customers writing you personal 'thank you' emails.
