Staff Full Stack Engineer

About COVU

COVU is an AI-first insurtech startup rebuilding the legacy infrastructure of the insurance distribution industry. We built COVU OS, a task-native orchestration layer that converts messy, unstructured insurance workflows into defined tasks and routes them to the right execution layer—AI agents, licensed humans, or offshore teams. We are a scrappy, execution-focused team that embraces using AI tools to ship code faster and own production systems end-to-end.

Job Description

Foundational technical leader shaping the architecture of COVU OS. Expect deep, architecture-level design work paired with heavy, hands-on IC contributions. Stack includes Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Python for data; TypeScript, React, Node.js / Python backends, and Cloud Infrastructure for product. You’ll work across data, product, and platform teams to ship production-ready features.
