Job Description

2nd founding engineer (iOS heavy) for Coop, an Austin-based startup building decentralized, AI-powered chicken coops. You’ll be the CTO’s right-hand and part of a small, fast-moving team on day 1. Role is not a traditional engineering position; you’ll own multiple projects across mobile and backend, work closely with founders, and contribute to product-market fit in the connected urban farming space. This role involves hardware and robotics integration (cameras, gimbals, detectors), computer vision tasks, and shipping features that blend software with physical devices. Prior startup or founder experience is a plus. Hybrid onsite in Austin, TX with some remote work.
