Lead the technical direction of CareMessage's messaging platform, designing delivery pipelines, building consent management workflows, and architecting Twilio integration layers. Address edge cases such as retry logic, opt-out compliance (TCPA, A2P 10DLC), delivery optimization across carriers, and AI-driven message categorization.
