Develop scheduling and assignment algorithms with an emphasis on an LLM-first approach. Tackle optimization and scheduling challenges to efficiently assign shifts for millions of hourly workers, leveraging data pipelines and integration work to feed the models. Collaborate with the data/integration team in a seed-stage environment with broad influence on system design.
