Job Description

Overview: We’re hiring a Staff/Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build planning software used by large chemical factories. You should be a real full-stack developer comfortable with both front-end and back-end concerns, including UX considerations, database internals (MVCC, transaction isolation levels, partitioning), and integration with external systems. You will be one of the strongest engineers in the company, collaborating with peers rather than needing training before contributing. You should be able to argue why REST in many situations is smarter than GraphQL, prefer integration tests over the testing pyramid, and understand why DAOs or query builders can be better than ORMs. The role emphasizes shipping a robust product and contributing across the stack.
