Job Description

We’re looking for a backend-leaning fullstack developer who will be one of the first engineers outside the founding team. You’ll own entire product areas, translate customer needs into end-state features, and work directly with the CTO on ambitious AI-powered healthcare solutions. The role involves building production-ready features with an emphasis on backend stability while enabling frontend capabilities using our current stack. Prior experience with AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), React, and Rust is welcome but not required—we’ll teach you. This is a fast-paced, high-ownership environment focused on delivering real impact: helping clinics stay open, clinicians get paid, and patients receive care.
