Job Description
We’re hiring a (Senior) Sales Engineer / Manager to join our U.S. founding team in Silicon Valley. This hybrid role combines outbound sales with technical pre-sales. You’ll lead our U.S. outbound motion, own strategic customer conversations, and deliver demos that connect product capabilities to real-world outcomes. Responsibilities include owning and building outbound sales strategy, leading technical discovery, delivering product demos, and building demo scripts and workflows. Requirements include 3+ years in sales engineering, B2B SaaS, or technical pre-sales, strong outbound mindset, understanding of Kafka, Flink, cloud platforms, and modern data infra, and being based in the Bay Area (San Jose, CA).Remote Conditions
