Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on VP of Engineering with a passion for healthcare and AI. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise, lead the recruitment and management of both onshore and offshore development teams, and actively contribute to our codebase. As a growing company with a lean in-house team, we prioritize efficiency and productivity while we grow. Our stack is composed of FastAPI, React, React Native, hosted on GCP. While our team is fairly distributed, our core group is based in Austin, and we are looking for candidates who are either based in Austin or willing to relocate. We believe that a few days of in-person collaboration each week fosters better communication, stronger relationships, and more effective problem-solving.
