Our in-house AI team builds the tools that make specialist underwriters quicker and smarter: submission ingestion, underwriting workbenches, risk analysis and back-office automation.
Job Description
Note: There are 10 openings across the three roles described in this posting. Early-career opportunity (0–4 years) across application development and AI workflows used by underwriters. Strong Python and working SQL required; show us a portfolio (GitHub, deployed app, etc.). Start dates from December 2026. Hybrid: in-office at Rockefeller Center, NYC; must live within commuting distance of NY/NJ/CT. Stack: Python, SQL Server, Azure AI Services (incl. Document Intelligence), Claude and OpenAI APIs, self-hosted models on our own GPUs. Responsibilities include building AI apps and agentic workflows used daily by underwriters, including LLM document extraction with human review built in.Remote Conditions
Hybrid: in-office 2 days/week at Rockefeller Center, NYC; commuting distance within NY/NJ/CT.
