Job Description

You’ll work with the CTO and a small engineering team on real production challenges: performance, correctness, data modelling, integration workflows, and system reliability. The role is hands-on and technical: clean code, maintainability, and measurable improvements matter. Stack: Java + Spring, Go, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Linux. (Front-end uses Angular/Svelte.) Responsibilities include improving backend performance, designing and implementing new features, maintaining codebase, working on integrations, reviewing code, and contributing to release processes in an Agile environment. Requirements include 5+ years experience with Java + Spring, strong PostgreSQL skills, and fluency in at least two of: Dutch / English / French.
