Join Softmax to tackle high-autonomy AI alignment problems in large-scale multi-agent environments. As a Software Engineer, you will work directly with the founder and a small, ambitious team to build infrastructure that benchmarks AI agents on theory of mind, adaptive goal setting, and teamwork. This onsite role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for solving ambiguous technical challenges.
