Backend-focused Software Engineer responsible for building and maintaining high-volume services powering Smarkets' prediction markets. Work with Python and Rust to design scalable distributed systems, robust APIs, data pipelines, and reliable services. Collaborate with platform teams, observe security and reliability practices, and contribute to testing, monitoring, and incident response.Remote
