Sitewire is a construction finance platform that helps lenders and real estate investors track projects, automate work verification, and speed up payments. We're a small, fully-remote team that's profitable and growing. We're looking for smart, pragmatic full-stack engineers who operate with autonomy and ownership to turn product briefs into new features and help shape architecture and design. Our current stack is React and React Native on the client, with Postgres as our database. The web app and API are powered by a Ruby on Rails monolith that we're gradually migrating off of. You don't need Rails experience; we're hiring for React experience plus solid backend engineering with any modern language. Interview process: phone screen/behavioral, a 1-hour coding challenge (live or take-home), and a project presentation on a design you’re proud of.
