Job Description

Full-time Customer Success Engineer. Help customers succeed with SerpApi; responsibilities include onboarding, training, ensuring customer success, handling technical questions about API usage, and collaborating with sales and product to improve customer experience. Remote-friendly with onsite option in Austin, TX.
