Job Description

Scholarly is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (full-stack) with about 5 years of experience building web applications. The team primarily works with Ruby and Rails, but candidates with other stack experiences will be considered. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle (Pioneer Square). Responsibilities include contributing to a full-stack Ruby/Rails codebase to support Scholarly's HR OS for higher education, collaborating with a small, motivated team, and helping to ship features such as performance reviews, tenure workflows, and leave management. Compensation includes salary between $160,000 and $200,000 per year, equity, health benefits, and an equipment budget.
