Join Rootly's backend team to own features end-to-end. This Rails/Ruby backend role focuses on building scalable API services for the incident management platform, collaborating with AI and SRE initiatives. Full-time, remote across US/Canada with timezone flexibility. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and shipping backend features, writing high-quality tests, and working with cross-functional teams.
