Riot IQ is building an AI-powered cognitive assessment platform. This role covers frontend and backend work implementing scalable features using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. We are US-based and 100% remote. Compensation is $90k–$180k depending on role and experience, with equity for long-term hires; visa sponsorship is not available.
