Rescale Supply is looking for their first engineer to join an early-stage company. The role involves writing code and shipping products to a growing number of paying customers. The company prioritizes a developer-friendly environment with remote-first culture, low infrastructure/configuration overhead, and autonomy in work. Ideal candidates should have experience with Ruby on Rails, Rspec or Minitest, View Components, Tailwind, Hotwire (Turbo & Stimulus), and Postgres. Bonus points for payments integration experience (like Stripe), accounting systems integration (like Quickbooks), or fintech experience (like lending).
