The Professional Services team bridges the gap between technical implementation and business needs. Responsibilities include participating in discovery calls with clients to understand their business needs, designing and implementing custom integrations between RepSpark and client ERP systems, presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in clear, accessible terms, collaborating with clients' IT teams to ensure successful implementations, and proactively identifying and communicating potential technical challenges. Requirements include exceptional verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and client-facing experience in a technical role is a plus.
