Senior Full-Stack Contractor to build an AI-native operations tool for private mortgage lenders. MVP targets NSF collections follow-up and renewal management. The project uses a 20-table multi-tenant data model (lender_id), idempotent CSV imports, and an append-only audit log. Wireframes are in progress. There will be a paid bake-off: CAD 5k flat for ~1 week of work, with 2-3 candidates in parallel; winner takes the engagement and losers are paid in full. Trial scope includes: CSV loan tape import with idempotent upsert + audit, one case detail screen, one LLM call classifying a borrower email reply with structured output, and an activity log driven by case events. Stack is contractor's choice; PostgreSQL is required; Next.js + TypeScript or Python + React expected. Seeking senior generalists with real production LLM experience (structured outputs, evals, failure modes) and strong relational data modeling judgment.
