Job Description
Founding Engineer (Technical Lead) at Racster. You will define the architecture, technical standards, and product direction as part of an early-stage, pre-incorporation venture. Core stack is Laravel. Responsibilities include designing scalable, cost-efficient systems for a high-volume SaaS/booking platform, building AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery, and maintaining a product-focused mindset. English fluency required. This role offers an hourly rate (€20-€40) with equity and a long-term vesting schedule. 100% remote; ideally aligned with Europe to Asia time zones.Remote
