Job Description

We are looking for someone who builds growth systems with AI rather than just running campaigns. You will work directly with the CEO to build an always-on growth engine: content and video from our data, SEO/AEO, landing pages, email journeys, outbound, tracking and attribution. Expect to ship a new working system every week or two, built with Claude, Claude Code and Cowork on company accounts. Good fit: you already use Claude or similar tools daily to build real things, you think like a marketer, and you can show results you owned. HubSpot, Clay or outbound/journey experience is a plus. Paid trial of up to 90 days, then a path to full-time.
