Job Description

PostHog is hiring for multiple roles and this entry describes the Technical Customer Success Manager position. Help customers realize value from our product, onboard success post-purchase, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer needs. This is a full-time remote role open to GMT-8 to GMT+2. Note: this posting is part of a multi-role opening at PostHog; other roles include Product Engineer, Backend Engineer, ClickHouse Operations Engineer, Product Manager, Technical Account Manager, and a Sales Leader.
