Job Description
Pond AI is seeking a hands-on technical leader to own the platform end to end. Build full-stack and ship AI agents in production using TypeScript/Python, LLMs, and tool use. Experience with payments, agent coordination/MCP, and platform/marketplace products is preferred. Candidates with early-stage startup experience (founder, founding or early engineer) and a passion for grinding through a building phase are encouraged to apply.
