Join PlantingSpace as a Program Lead - Engineering to define and drive the engineering program. Responsibilities include setting the technical direction, aligning with product and research goals, planning delivery roadmaps, mentoring engineers, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable systems for modular probabilistic modeling. You will lead initiatives across product engineering, quantitative modeling, and research to enable rapid, high-quality delivery. This is a full-time role with remote work (EU time zones) and quarterly in-person meet-ups.
