Job Description

We are a small stealth team with an opinionated stack: PocketBase backend, Next.js frontend, VPS infrastructure we manage ourselves, and Bash scripts that Slack us when things catch fire. No Jira or standups, asynchronous-first culture; camera during interviews only once. You will own infra, backend, frontend, and dev velocity. We ship fast and expect high ownership. Required: ability to leverage agentic LLMs to multiply output; comfortable on raw Linux servers (cron, logs, 5xx debugging); TDD-first: Pytest + Playwright to verify PocketBase and Next.js code.
