Job Description
Phaselaw is hiring a Support Engineer to support our growing customer base in the UK and Europe. You'll work closely with the team to ensure customers get maximum value from our AI-native eDiscovery platform, owning the customer lifecycle and helping shape our support processes as we scale. Report to one of the cofounders; role offers high ownership, high impact, and opportunities to grow into both customer-facing and technical directions.Remote
