Job Description

Provide frontline customer support for Oneleet’s cybersecurity platform, handling inquiries, troubleshooting, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with product and engineering to relay customer feedback and SLAs. This entry is part of a broader multi-role posting; the Customer Support Specialist role focuses on customer success and support.
