New Lantern is hiring software engineers, including infrastructure engineers and backend-leaning product engineers, to help build an AI copilot for radiologists. The role involves working onsite in San Francisco, CA, collaborating with the founder/CEO, staff radiologist, and end users to build features for a React-based web app backed by Python services, cloud infrastructure, and LLMs. Engineers have real ownership and autonomy, move quickly, and ship meaningful work frequently.
