Job Description
Lead and scale NetBird's engineering organization. You’ll unblock teams, hire, and help shape product direction. You’ll still read code and bring technical opinions that impact the product. We’re not looking for a pure people manager; networking/infra background is a plus. If you’ve scaled a team from 0 to 20+ and helped a product scale, I’d love to talk.Remote
